Your first three answers decide what kind of site you need: one page, a small site, a bigger site with follow-up, or something custom.
That picks the M1 option that fits, with its published price from the M1 price list.
The market ranges come from the UK price guides cited in the website cost guide, rounded.
Your answers about words and photos add notes on what usually moves a price up or down.
What it can’t tell you
- It’s a rough guide, not a quote. Two sites that sound alike can need very different work.
- Market prices change, and every designer prices differently. Always get a written, fixed quote.
- It doesn’t cover running costs in detail: domain, hosting, email and upkeep are extra whoever builds it.

Is this a quote?
No. It’s a rough guide to what websites like yours tend to cost, and which M1 option fits. Every M1 job gets a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
Where do the market ranges come from?
From published UK price guides, rounded, listed in the sources of the website cost guide. Prices change, so treat them as a rough map.
Why are some M1 prices “from” prices?
Builds start at a published price for the scope listed on each page. If you need more, such as extra pages or features, the fixed quote reflects it, and you see it before you agree.
Do the figures I type go anywhere?
No. The sums run in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to M1 or anyone else, and nothing is stored. Close the page and it’s gone.
