About M1 Studio
M1 Studio is a web and marketing studio in Chichester, West Sussex, run by Sammy Morgan (Samuel Morgan trading as M1 Studio, a sole trader).
It builds websites, sets up Google Business Profiles and local search, adds missed-call text back and follow-up, and builds AI chat assistants, online booking and custom software for small businesses across the UK: trades, clinics, gyms, salons and other local services.
Sammy Morgan
Sammy Morgan (Samuel Morgan) started M1 Studio and runs it himself. He has been designing since he was 13, building and securing software since he was 15, and studying psychology for 10 years. That mix is the point: working out why people don’t buy is a psychology question, and fixing it is a design and software job.

How Sammy works
- One person, start to finish
- Sammy is the person you talk to and the person who writes your Blueprint, and he’s responsible for the work from the first call to launch.
- Prices published before you ask
- Every price is on the pricing page, with what’s included and how it’s paid. Bigger or unusual jobs get a fixed-price proposal before any work starts. M1 Studio isn’t VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
- Diagnosis before building
- Most jobs start with working out why customers aren’t getting in touch or booking, then fixing the part that matters first. If a small fix is enough, that’s what gets suggested.
- Security is part of the build
- Fifteen years of building and securing software means the security basics (HTTPS, security headers, spam checks on forms) go into every site, checked by Sammy before launch.
- Yours when it’s done
- The website or system belongs to the client. It can move to their own hosting, or M1 can look after it on a monthly plan if they’d like. No plan is required.
Where
M1 Studio is based at 69 Adelaide Road, Chichester, PO19 7NQ. Sammy works with businesses across the UK, mostly remotely by phone, WhatsApp and video call, including locally across Chichester, Bognor Regis, Selsey, Midhurst, Arundel, Littlehampton, Worthing, Emsworth, Havant, Portsmouth and Brighton.
