VAT: M1 Studio is not VAT registered. No VAT is charged.
Prices: Every price on this site is the full price for that stage or month. Anything else you might pay for, such as third-party tools, is listed before you agree.

Blueprints

Foundation Blueprint £200, Growth Blueprint £500 and Scale Blueprint £1,000. One payment, no subscription.

Price: Foundation Blueprint £200, Growth Blueprint £500 and Scale Blueprint £1,000, paid in advance through Stripe. No VAT is charged.
What you get: A written Blueprint and one walkthrough call with Sammy. Foundation Blueprint: delivered within 5 working days of receiving your answers to our intake questions, with a call of up to 30 minutes. Growth Blueprint: delivered within 7 working days of receiving your answers to our intake questions, with a call of up to 45 minutes. Scale Blueprint: delivered within 10 working days of receiving your answers to our intake questions, with a call of up to 60 minutes. The call is booked within 30 days of delivery. If it isn’t booked by then, the delivery date counts as the call date.
Moving up a level: If you tick “Make it a Growth Blueprint” (or “Make it a Scale Blueprint”) before paying, you buy that Blueprint at its full price, and its delivery time, call length and credit apply. Nothing is added unless you tick it.
Results: A Blueprint is advice. We don’t promise specific results, because they depend on how it’s carried out.
Revision: If your Blueprint isn’t specific to your business, tell us within 7 days of your walkthrough call and we’ll revise it once, free.
Credit: Start any M1 build within 14 days of your walkthrough call and the full Blueprint price comes off it: £200 for a Foundation Blueprint, £500 for a Growth Blueprint or £1,000 for a Scale Blueprint. It comes off your final payment. The Foundation Blueprint’s £200 can come off any quick win instead (£800 or £1,800). Blueprint credit never comes off a monthly plan or the Website Care Plan. It applies when you sign an M1 proposal in that time. It can be used once, can’t be transferred and has no cash value. It expires 14 days after your walkthrough call. It never comes off a monthly plan or the Website Care Plan. It stacks with M1 referral credit. If you miss the call twice, the date we send a recorded walkthrough counts as the call date. If you bought your Blueprint under earlier terms, those credit terms still apply to you.
Cancellation: If you’re buying as a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you agree to buy to cancel. To cancel, email hello@m1studio.co.uk or message Sammy on WhatsApp with your name, your business and what you’re cancelling. You can use the model cancellation form, but you don’t have to. By confirming before you pay, you ask us to start straight away. That means: if you cancel within the 14 days, we’ll refund you within 14 days, minus a fair amount for work already done; and you lose the right to cancel once we’ve delivered your Blueprint and held your walkthrough call (or sent the recorded walkthrough).
Refunds: We don’t give refunds for change of mind once your Blueprint is delivered and your walkthrough call has happened (or the recorded walkthrough is sent). If you cancel as a consumer within the cancellation period, see Cancellation.
Intake: If we haven’t received your answers within 60 days of payment, we’ll close the order and refund you in full.
What you confirm at checkout: “I’ve read and agree to the key terms for the M1 Blueprint.” and “Please start my Blueprint straight away. I understand that if I cancel within 14 days I’ll be refunded minus a fair amount for work already done, and that I lose the right to cancel once my Blueprint has been delivered and my walkthrough call has been held (or the recorded walkthrough sent).” (wording version m1-blueprint-card-terms-2026-09-28).

Quick wins

Enquiry Page, Local Search Fix, Missed-Call Rescue and Sales Call Kit. £800 each, paid £400 to start and £400 at launch.

Price: £800 for each quick win, a fixed price for the work listed on its page. Paid 50% (£400) to start and 50% (£400) at launch. No VAT is charged.
Paying the start online: You can pay the £400 start online. If the job isn’t a fit, it’s refunded in full before any work starts. Sammy confirms the scope within one working day of your payment.
The launch payment: The other £400 is invoiced through Stripe when your quick win is ready to launch. If Blueprint credit applies to a project, it comes off your final payment. Only the Foundation Blueprint’s £200 credit can come off any quick win (£800 or £1,800).
Hosting: If your quick win needs hosting (an Enquiry Page, for example), you choose before you buy: move it to your own hosting, or M1 hosts it on the Website Care Plan at £250 a month. If you choose the Website Care Plan, it starts at launch and its own terms apply (see Website Care Plan). Nothing monthly is charged when you pay the start.
Timelines: Quick wins are typically 1⁠–⁠2 weeks. Timelines are estimates that start once the scope is agreed and content is received.
Third-party costs: Third-party costs (domains, paid ads spend and paid tools, such as SMS or CRM fees) are billed at cost or paid directly by you, and are listed in your proposal before you agree.

The other quick wins use the same wording with their own name. For the Enquiry Page, you also choose where it’s hosted: “My own hosting. Sammy hands it over at launch.” or “M1 hosts it on the Website Care Plan, £250 a month from launch.”

Bigger quick wins

Website Chat Assistant, Online Booking & Deposits, Enquiry Quiz and Google Ads Launch. £1,800 each, paid £900 to start and £900 at launch.

Price: £1,800 for each bigger quick win, a fixed price for the work listed on its page. Paid 50% (£900) to start and 50% (£900) at launch. No VAT is charged.
Paying the start online: You can pay the £900 start online. If the job isn’t a fit, it’s refunded in full before any work starts. And once Sammy lists the running costs, if you’d rather not go ahead, tell him before work starts and your £900 is refunded in full. Sammy confirms the scope, and the running costs, within one working day of your payment.
Running costs: Running costs (a booking tool, ad spend or AI usage, for example) are billed at cost or paid directly by you, and listed before you agree. Website Chat Assistant: AI usage (the cost of each answer) and any chat tool fee are billed at cost or paid directly by you, and listed before you agree. Online Booking & Deposits: The booking tool’s monthly fee and the card fees on deposits are paid directly by you, and listed before you agree. Enquiry Quiz: Any fee for the email tool that sends the follow-up emails is paid at cost or directly by you, and listed before you agree. Google Ads Launch: Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google, and never goes through M1. You set the budget. Ongoing management after the first month can be added to a plan, quoted before you agree.
The launch payment: The other £900 is invoiced through Stripe when your bigger quick win is ready to launch. For the Google Ads Launch, launch is when your ads go live; your first month is then run and tuned. If Blueprint credit applies to a project, it comes off your final payment. Only the Foundation Blueprint’s £200 credit can come off any quick win (£800 or £1,800).
No credit to carry forward: A bigger quick win doesn’t come off anything later: only a Blueprint’s price does. If a later build would repeat work you already have, its fixed-price proposal leaves that work out.
Timelines: Bigger quick wins are typically 2⁠–⁠3 weeks. Timelines are estimates that start once the scope is agreed and content is received.

The other bigger quick wins use the same wording with their own name and running costs.

Builds

Foundation Build from £3,500, Growth Build from £6,500 and Scale Build from £12,000. Paid in stages as the work is done.

Scope and price: Scope and a fixed price are agreed in a proposal before any work begins. “From” prices are genuine starting prices for the smallest scope in each build. No VAT is charged.
Payments: Builds are paid in stages as the work is done. Foundation at £3,500: 50% to start and 50% at launch. Growth: 4 equal payments from £1,625 each, at the start, design sign-off, systems working in test and launch. Scale: 4 equal payments from £3,000 each, at the start, design sign-off, beta and launch. A Foundation quoted above £3,500 is paid in 3 stages (start, design sign-off and launch), and custom builds in 3 to 5 equal stages, set out in your proposal. If Blueprint credit applies to a project, it comes off your final payment.
Paying: Your first stage is paid by a secure Stripe link once you’ve signed your proposal. Later stages are invoiced through Stripe at each milestone. Builds aren’t sold on this website without a proposal.
Blueprint credit: Start any M1 build within 14 days of your walkthrough call and the full Blueprint price comes off it: £200 for a Foundation Blueprint, £500 for a Growth Blueprint or £1,000 for a Scale Blueprint. It comes off your final payment. The Foundation Blueprint’s £200 can come off any quick win instead (£800 or £1,800). Blueprint credit never comes off a monthly plan or the Website Care Plan.
After launch: You don’t need a monthly plan after a build. The site is yours: we can hand it over to your own hosting, or look after it on the Care Plan or any monthly plan if you’d like. After an M1 build, the first month of the same level’s plan is included, and a Foundation Build gets 3 months of the Website Care Plan. No card is taken and nothing renews automatically: carry on only if you want to.
Timelines: Foundation Build: typically 3⁠–⁠4 weeks. Growth Build: typically 4⁠–⁠6 weeks. Scale Build: typically 8⁠–⁠12 weeks. Timelines are estimates that start once the scope is agreed and content is received.

Monthly plans

Foundation Plan £500 a month, Growth Plan £1,000 a month and Scale Plan £1,500 a month. No M1 build needed.

Price: Foundation Plan: £500 a month. Growth Plan: £1,000 a month. Scale Plan: £1,500 a month. No VAT is charged. Paid monthly in advance through Stripe, and renewed each month until you cancel.
Minimum term: Foundation Plan, Growth Plan and Scale Plan: a 3-month minimum term, then 30 days’ notice to cancel. Foundation Plan: £1,500 in total over the minimum term. Growth Plan: £3,000 in total over the minimum term. Scale Plan: £4,500 in total over the minimum term.
Before you join: You don’t need an M1 build to join a plan. If your website works, we can run and grow it as it is. You can join any plan without an M1 build. Sammy checks your site first, and any onboarding fee is shown or quoted before you join. Growth Plan: no follow-up system yet? A set-up month (or Missed-Call Rescue) comes first, quoted before you join. You pay only once Sammy has checked your site and you have his reference.
What’s included: Each plan’s page lists what’s included each month. Every monthly plan includes hosting, security, backups and updates. Hours are an approximate monthly allowance; anything over it is quoted before it’s done.
Blueprint credit: Blueprint credit never comes off a monthly plan.
Moving between plans: You can move up a level at any time. Sammy confirms the new monthly price in writing before it changes.
Cancelling: After the minimum term, give 30 days’ notice at any time: email hello@m1studio.co.uk or message Sammy on WhatsApp with your name, your business and what you’re cancelling. You can use the model cancellation form, but you don’t have to. You can also manage your payment details in the Stripe billing portal.

Website Care Plan

£250 a month, month to month.

Price: £250 a month. No VAT is charged. Paid monthly in advance through Stripe, and renewed each month until you cancel.
Term: Website Care Plan: month to month, 30 days’ notice to cancel.
What’s included: Hosting, security, backups and updates. Small changes, up to about 1 hour a month. A short monthly report. Anything over 1 hour a month is quoted before it’s done.
Not included: Google Business Profile posts. They’re part of the Foundation Plan.
Sites built elsewhere: Sammy checks it’s compatible first. You pay only once Sammy has checked it and you have his reference.
After a quick win or a build: If you chose the Website Care Plan when you bought a quick win, or in your build proposal, it starts at launch and Sammy sends its link with the launch invoice.

Referral credit

£50 or £150 each way.

How it works: If someone you refer buys a quick win, you each get £50 M1 credit; if they buy a build, you each get £150. There’s nothing for a Blueprint on its own or a monthly plan on its own, and it’s never tied to reviews. Credit comes off future M1 invoices and has no cash value.

Your right to cancel

If you buy as a consumer (for yourself, not only for your business), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you these rights.

How long: 14 days from the day the contract is made: the day you pay on this website, pay a payment link, or sign a proposal.
Starting early: We only start within those 14 days if you ask us to. That’s the second box you tick at checkout, or the confirmation Sammy asks for before sending a payment link.
What you get back: Everything you paid, minus a fair amount for the work already done up to the moment you tell us. We refund you within 14 days, using the way you paid.
When it ends: You lose the right to cancel once the work is finished, if you asked us to start early and knew this would happen. For a Blueprint, that’s once it’s delivered and the call has happened (or the recorded walkthrough is sent). For a quick win, once it has launched.
How to cancel: Tell us clearly: email hello@m1studio.co.uk or message Sammy on WhatsApp with your name, your business and what you’re cancelling. You can use the model cancellation form, but you don’t have to.

Model cancellation form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Copy it into an email or a WhatsApp message to Sammy; you don’t have to use it.
