How every quick win works.
- Price
- £800 each, fixed, no VAT. Bigger quick wins are £1,800 each.
- Paid
- Paid 50% (£400) to start and 50% (£400) at launch. A bigger quick win is paid £900 to start and £900 at launch.
- Not a fit?
- If the job isn’t a fit, the start you paid online (£400 or £900) is refunded in full before any work starts.
- Time
- Typically 1–2 weeks for an £800 quick win, typically 2–3 weeks for a bigger one, once the scope is agreed and your content is in.
- Hosting
- If your quick win needs hosting (an Enquiry Page, for example), you choose before you buy: move it to your own hosting, or M1 hosts it on the Website Care Plan at £250 a month.
- Blueprint credit
- A Foundation Blueprint’s £200 can come off any quick win (£800 or £1,800), within 14 days of your call. A bigger quick win doesn’t come off anything later: only a Blueprint’s price does. If a later build would repeat work you already have, its fixed-price proposal leaves that work out.
- Other costs
- Third-party costs (domains, paid ads spend and paid tools, such as SMS or CRM fees) are billed at cost or paid directly by you, and are listed in your proposal before you agree. Running costs (a booking tool, ad spend or AI usage, for example) are billed at cost or paid directly by you, and listed before you agree.
Before you decide.

Is £800 really the whole price?
Yes. Each quick win is £800, fixed, with no VAT. Paid 50% (£400) to start and 50% (£400) at launch.
Third-party costs (domains, paid ads spend and paid tools, such as SMS or CRM fees) are billed at cost or paid directly by you, and are listed in your proposal before you agree.
What if it turns out not to be a fit?
You can pay the £400 start online. If the job isn’t a fit, it’s refunded in full before any work starts.
Sammy confirms the scope within one working day of your start.
Will there be monthly fees?
If your quick win needs hosting (an Enquiry Page, for example), you choose before you buy: move it to your own hosting, or M1 hosts it on the Website Care Plan at £250 a month.
If a tool it uses has its own fee (texts or a CRM, for example), that’s listed before you agree and paid at cost or directly by you. Nothing from M1 renews on its own.
Can my Blueprint credit come off a quick win?
Only the Foundation Blueprint’s £200 can come off any quick win (£800 or £1,800). If Blueprint credit applies to a project, it comes off your final payment.
How long does it take?
Typically 1–2 weeks, once the scope is agreed and anything we need from you is in.
How are the bigger quick wins different from the £800 ones?
Each one is a bigger piece of work: one working system, added to what you already have. That’s why it’s £1,800 and typically 2–3 weeks, not £800 and typically 1–2 weeks.
Does a bigger quick win come off a build later?
A bigger quick win doesn’t come off anything later: only a Blueprint’s price does. If a later build would repeat work you already have, its fixed-price proposal leaves that work out.
