Third-party costs (domains, paid ads spend and paid tools, such as SMS or CRM fees) are billed at cost or paid directly by you, and are listed in your proposal before you agree.

Will I rank first on Google?
Nobody can honestly promise a ranking. What you get is your profile filled in properly, key fixes on your website, schema markup and review requests, so the right details, photos and reviews show when people look you up.
Is £800 really the whole price?
Yes. Each quick win is £800, fixed, with no VAT. Paid 50% (£400) to start and 50% (£400) at launch.

What if it turns out not to be a fit?
You can pay the £400 start online. If the job isn’t a fit, it’s refunded in full before any work starts.
Sammy confirms the scope within one working day of your start.
Will there be monthly fees?
If your quick win needs hosting (an Enquiry Page, for example), you choose before you buy: move it to your own hosting, or M1 hosts it on the Website Care Plan at £250 a month.
If a tool it uses has its own fee (texts or a CRM, for example), that’s listed before you agree and paid at cost or directly by you. Nothing from M1 renews on its own.
Can my Blueprint credit come off a quick win?
Only the Foundation Blueprint’s £200 can come off any quick win (£800 or £1,800). If Blueprint credit applies to a project, it comes off your final payment.
