1. Who runs the scheme
The M1 referral scheme is run by Samuel Morgan trading as M1 Studio, 69 Adelaide Road, Chichester, PO19 7NQ. Email: hello@m1studio.co.uk. In these terms, “M1”, “we” and “us” mean M1 Studio.
2. Who can take part
Anyone aged 18 or over in the UK can take part. You can’t refer yourself, your own business, or someone who is already an M1 client or is already talking to Sammy about work.
3. How to refer someone
The person you refer (the “new client”) either uses your referral link or names you when they first contact M1. Your referral link is the share link from the M1 chat: it has ?ref= in the address.
4. Rewards
- If the new client buys a quick win, you each get £50 M1 credit.
- If the new client buys a build (Foundation, Growth, Scale or a custom build), you each get £150 M1 credit.
- “You each” means you and the new client.
- One reward per new client. If they buy both a quick win and a build, you get the higher one.
- Nothing is earned for a Blueprint on its own or for a monthly plan on its own.
- There’s no limit on how many people you refer.
5. When a reward is earned
A reward is earned once the new client has paid in full for that quick win or build, and their 14-day cancellation period has ended without them cancelling. Sammy confirms it to you by email or WhatsApp.
6. Using your credit
- Credit comes off any future M1 invoice: quick wins, build stages or monthly plans.
- You can use it together with the Blueprint credit.
- If an invoice is smaller than your credit, the rest stays on your account.
- It has no cash value. It can’t be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold.
- It doesn’t expire while M1 Studio is trading.
7. Never tied to reviews
You don’t have to leave a review to take part. A review never earns or changes a reward.
8. Fair use
M1 can refuse or cancel credit gained by fraud, fake referrals or breaking these terms. If a new client’s payment is refunded, credit from it is removed, or deducted from future invoices if it has already been used.
9. Changes to the scheme
M1 may change or end the scheme by giving notice on this page. Credit you have already earned is always honoured.
10. Your data
We record who referred whom (a referral code, your name and your contact details) only to give the reward. See the privacy notice for how we handle your details.
Please tell the person you refer that you’re sharing M1 with them. M1 won’t contact anyone you name unless they get in touch first.
