Each tier is a one-off build plus a monthly plan that keeps it running: Foundation from £3,500 with Care plan at £250/month; Growth from £6,500 with Growth plan at £750/month; Scale from £12,000 with Scale plan at £1,500/month. Quick wins are a fixed £800 each.
The Care plan, Growth plan and Scale plan are the monthly part of the Foundation, Growth and Scale tiers. The Growth plan is part of the Growth tier, and you can also take any monthly plan on its own.
The Care plan includes, each month: hosting, security, backups and updates; small changes, up to about 1 hour a month; a short monthly report. Anything over 1 hour a month is quoted separately. The Growth plan includes, each month: everything in the Care plan; your follow-up system (CRM, missed-call text-back, reminders and review requests) kept running and tuned; a 30-minute strategy call; 15 social media posts, for Instagram and shared to Facebook. The Scale plan includes, each month: everything in the Growth plan; about 8 hours of development; priority support: same-day replies on working days.
Builds are paid in stages as the work is done. Foundation at £3,500: 50% to start and 50% at launch. Growth: 4 equal payments from £1,625 each, at the start, design sign-off, systems working in test and launch. Scale: 4 equal payments from £3,000 each, at the start, design sign-off, beta and launch. A Foundation quoted above £3,500 is paid in 3 stages (start, design sign-off and launch), and custom builds in 3 to 5 equal stages, set out in your proposal. If the £200 Blueprint credit applies to a project, it comes off your final payment. Quick wins: paid 50% (£400) to start and 50% (£400) at launch. If your quick win needs hosting (a Launch Page, for example), you choose before you buy: move it to your own hosting, or M1 hosts it on the Care plan at £250/month. Scope and a fixed price are agreed in a proposal before any work begins.
Growth plan and Scale plan: a 3-month minimum term, then 30 days’ notice to cancel. Care plan: month to month, 30 days’ notice to cancel. Third-party costs (domains, paid ads spend and paid tools, such as SMS or CRM fees) are billed at cost or paid directly by you, and are listed in your proposal before you agree. No VAT is charged.
