Online Booking & Deposits: Bookings taken online, with a deposit paid up front.
Customers pick a time on your website and pay a deposit when they book. Reminders go out on their own before each appointment. Your cancellation and deposit rules are set up in the booking tool and shown to customers when they book, so a no-show doesn’t leave you with nothing.
- Price
- £1,800 fixed, no VAT
- Timing
- Typically 2–3 weeks. £900 to start, £900 at launch.
What’s included.
- Online booking on your current website
- Deposits taken when people book
- Automatic reminders before each booking
- No-show protection: your cancellation and deposit rules, set up and shown when people book
- Set up with your services, times and prices
The booking tool’s monthly fee and the card fees on deposits are paid directly by you, and listed before you agree.
Is it right for you?
Who it’s for
Businesses that work by appointment and lose time to no-shows or to back-and-forth messages about when to come in.
Not for you if
- You need a booking system built around how you work, with its own features. See the Scale Build.
- You only need reminders and a text back when you miss a call. See the Missed-Call Rescue.
Both lists are about the Online Booking & Deposits.
How payment works.
£1,800, fixed. Pay £900 to start and £900 at launch. If it turns out not to be a fit before work starts, you get the £900 back in full.
Fixed, in total
£1,800
No VAT is charged. 2 equal payments of £900.
- Payment 1: StartBefore work starts £900
- Payment 2: LaunchThe day it goes live £900
£900
Today, to start. The other £900 is due at launch. No VAT.
Rather ask first? Tell Sammy about the job and he confirms it’s a fit before you pay the £900.
Running costs, listed before you agree
The booking tool’s monthly fee and the card fees on deposits are paid directly by you, and listed before you agree. Nothing from M1 renews on its own.
Had a Foundation Blueprint?
Its £200 can come off any quick win (£800 or £1,800) instead of a build, if you start within 14 days of your call. If Blueprint credit applies to a project, it comes off your final payment.
Nothing to carry forward
A bigger quick win doesn’t come off anything later: only a Blueprint’s price does. If a later build would repeat work you already have, its fixed-price proposal leaves that work out.
How it runs.
Half to start, half at launch, and the £900 comes back in full if it isn’t a fit before work starts.
-
Step 1: Tell Sammy about the job
The short form below takes about 2 minutes.
-
Step 2: Scope confirmed
Within one working day Sammy confirms the job, lists any running costs and sends the key terms with a secure Stripe link for the £900 start.
-
Step 3: Built for you
Typically 2–3 weeks from when the scope is agreed and your content is in.
-
Step 4: Launch
It goes live, and the other £900 is paid at launch.
Before you decide.

Which booking tool do you use?
One that suits how you work, chosen with you before the start. It sits on your current website, and you own the account.
Can I keep a deposit if someone doesn’t turn up?
If your rules say so and customers see them when they book, yes. Sammy sets up your cancellation and deposit rules with you, and they’re shown clearly at booking.
What does it cost to run?
The booking tool’s monthly fee and the card fees on deposits are paid directly by you, and listed before you agree.
Is £1,800 really the whole price?
Yes. Each bigger quick win is £1,800, fixed, with no VAT. Paid 50% (£900) to start and 50% (£900) at launch.
Running costs (a booking tool, ad spend or AI usage, for example) are billed at cost or paid directly by you, and listed before you agree.
What if it turns out not to be a fit?
You can pay the £900 start online. If the job isn’t a fit, it’s refunded in full before any work starts. And once Sammy lists the running costs, if you’d rather not go ahead, tell him before work starts and your £900 is refunded in full.
Sammy confirms the scope, and lists any running costs, within one working day of your start.
How is this different from an £800 quick win?
Each one is a bigger piece of work: one working system, added to what you already have. That’s why it’s £1,800 and typically 2–3 weeks, not £800 and typically 1–2 weeks.
Does it come off a build later?
A bigger quick win doesn’t come off anything later: only a Blueprint’s price does. If a later build would repeat work you already have, its fixed-price proposal leaves that work out.
Can my Blueprint credit come off it?
Only the Foundation Blueprint’s £200 can come off any quick win (£800 or £1,800). If Blueprint credit applies to a project, it comes off your final payment.
How long does it take?
Typically 2–3 weeks, once the scope is agreed and anything we need from you is in.
