How payment works.
You pay £3,000 to start. The rest is paid in 3 more stages as the work is done: design sign-off, beta and launch. You pay the last stage the day your site goes live.

Had a Blueprint?
Start within 14 days of your walkthrough call and the full Blueprint price comes off your final payment, whichever level you build: £1,000 for a Scale Blueprint, for example. If you bought your Blueprint under earlier terms, those credit terms still apply to you.
Included after launch
Your first month of the Scale Plan is included after launch. No card is taken and nothing renews automatically: carry on only if you want to.
What “from” means
£12,000 is the real price for the smallest Scale Build. If you need more, your proposal fixes the price before any work starts.
Other costs
Third-party costs (domains, paid ads spend and paid tools, such as SMS or CRM fees) are billed at cost or paid directly by you, and are listed in your proposal before you agree.

Quoted per job, or covered by the Scale Plan’s development hours if you choose it. Neither is required.
What are the custom builds?
Booking systems from £4,500, Customer portals from £7,500, App and SaaS MVPs from £10,000. Each is scoped on a call and priced in a fixed proposal. Blueprint credit comes off these too.
Can I get a build without a Blueprint?
Already know what you need? You don’t need a Blueprint first: Sammy scopes it with you on a call, then sends a fixed-price proposal before any work starts.
What does “from” mean?
It’s the real price for the smallest version of each build (Foundation Build from £3,500, Growth Build from £6,500, Scale Build from £12,000). If you need more, your proposal shows the fixed price before you agree.
How do I pay for a build?
Builds are paid in stages as the work is done. Foundation at £3,500: 50% to start and 50% at launch. Growth: 4 equal payments from £1,625 each, at the start, design sign-off, systems working in test and launch. Scale: 4 equal payments from £3,000 each, at the start, design sign-off, beta and launch. A Foundation quoted above £3,500 is paid in 3 stages (start, design sign-off and launch), and custom builds in 3 to 5 equal stages, set out in your proposal. If Blueprint credit applies to a project, it comes off your final payment.

Do I have to take a monthly plan afterwards?
No. You don’t need a monthly plan after a build. The site is yours: we can hand it over to your own hosting, or look after it on the Care Plan or any monthly plan if you’d like.
How long does a build take?
Foundation Build: typically 3–4 weeks. Growth Build: typically 4–6 weeks. Scale Build: typically 8–12 weeks. These are estimates. The clock starts once the scope is agreed and your content is in.
What if I bought a Blueprint?
Start any M1 build within 14 days of your walkthrough call and the full Blueprint price comes off it: £200 for a Foundation Blueprint, £500 for a Growth Blueprint or £1,000 for a Scale Blueprint. It comes off your final payment. The Foundation Blueprint’s £200 can come off any quick win instead (£800 or £1,800). Blueprint credit never comes off a monthly plan or the Website Care Plan.
If Blueprint credit applies to a project, it comes off your final payment.
Can I use my own hosting?
Yes. After launch the site is yours. Sammy can hand it over to your own hosting, or look after it on the Website Care Plan or a monthly plan if you’d like.
