How do I stop missing enquiries while I’m coaching?
You can’t answer the phone mid-session, so set up a text that goes out on its own when you miss a call, saying when you’ll ring back and linking to your booking page. Some people will book from that link before you’ve finished. See Missed-Call Rescue and the guide to missed-call text-back.
Should I sell sessions one at a time or in blocks?
Most coaches offer both: a single taster session for new clients, then a block of sessions paid up front. A block gives clients a reason to keep coming and gives you steadier income.
