Why is my aesthetics clinic website not getting enquiries?

Usually because the site doesn’t make booking a consultation the clear next step, or doesn’t show who will treat the visitor and what their qualifications are. In the UK you can’t advertise prescription-only medicines such as botulinum toxin to the public, so the page’s job is to sell the consultation and the practitioner, not the product.

Why it happens to aesthetics clinics.

The rules change what you can say
Prescription-only medicines can’t be advertised to the public. Pages that talk about the product risk breaking the rules, and pages that avoid it often say nothing useful. The consultation is what you can promote.
Traffic comes from Instagram
Visitors tap your bio link on their phone. If they land on a home page instead of a clear consultation page, they go back to the app.
They want to know who’s treating them
People want the practitioner’s name, background and training, and whether a prescriber is involved. A logo and stock photos don’t answer that.
No next step
A contact form with no times, no price for the consultation and no idea what happens next feels like a risk.

What to do, in order.

  1. Make the bio link land well

Point your Instagram link at a consultation page, not the home page. One clear button to book.

  2. Introduce the practitioner

Name, photo, qualifications, registration and experience. Say who prescribes, where that applies.

  3. Explain the consultation

What happens, how long it takes, what it costs and whether the fee or deposit comes off treatment.

  4. Check your wording

Review your pages against the ASA and CAP guidance on prescription-only medicines. M1 doesn’t give legal advice, so the final check is yours.

  5. Get a page built for it

An Enquiry Page gives you one consultation page written for you, with a form and tracking.

Can I name treatments like botulinum toxin on my website?

The UK rules restrict advertising prescription-only medicines to the public, and the ASA has published guidance on how that applies to clinic websites and social media. Read it before you write treatment pages. M1 doesn’t give legal advice.

Should I show consultation prices?

Yes. Knowing the consultation fee, and whether it comes off treatment, removes a reason to hesitate.
