Why is my roofing website not getting enquiries?
Usually because it doesn’t prove you’re a real, local, trustworthy roofer fast enough on a phone: no clear number at the top, stock photos instead of your own jobs, and no company details. Put a tap-to-call button first, show real before and after photos, and list your address, insurance and any written warranty you give.
Not sure this is your biggest leak? Enquiry Leak Scorecard: 12 questions, about 3 minutes, no email needed.

Why it happens to roofers.
- Storm damage means mobile and urgent
- After high winds, people search on their phone with a leak in the bedroom. If the number isn’t the first thing they see, they go back to the results.
- Rogue trader worries
- Homeowners have heard the stories. A site with stock roof photos, no address and no company details looks like the people they’ve been warned about.
- One page for everything
- Flat roofs, slipped tiles, chimneys, fascias and guttering are different searches. A single “services” list gives each of them nothing specific to read.
- No sense of price or process
- People want to know if you do small repairs as well as full re-roofs, and what happens after they call. If the site doesn’t say, they ring someone whose site does.
What to do, in order.
Look at it on your phone
Open your site on mobile. Can you see your number and a call button without scrolling? If not, fix that first.
Swap stock photos for your own
Before and after shots of your real jobs, your van and your team. Phone photos are fine if they’re clear.
Show who you are
Your business address or area, company number if you have one, insurance, trade memberships and any warranty you give in writing.
Give each main service a page
Repairs, flat roofs, chimneys, full re-roofs. Say what’s involved, what you check, and how quickly you can usually come out.
Get outside help where it fits
An Enquiry Page gives you one strong page for your best service. If the whole site needs rethinking, a Foundation Blueprint shows what to fix first.

Do I need prices on my roofing website?
Exact prices rarely work for roofing because every roof is different. A “from” price for common repairs, or a short list of what affects the cost, helps people decide to call.
Where do I start if I don’t know what’s wrong?
