Set call-back times
A time each day when a coach or the office rings parents back, stated in the text.

What should the text say to a parent?
Who it’s from, a link to your course routes and term dates, a link to book holiday camps, and when someone will ring back. Keep it short enough to read at the school gate.
What if a parent rings about medical needs or a safeguarding concern?
Don’t deal with it by text. The automatic reply should only say who it is and when someone will ring back. Call the parent and follow your own safeguarding policy. The page on sports academy websites covers setting out your routes clearly.
