Pay by bank
£200, no VAT. One payment through your banking app. No card, no Direct Debit, no subscription.

A few questions on WhatsApp
Sammy sets up a WhatsApp group with you and asks a few short questions. 5–10 minutes; voice notes are fine.
- STEP 03
Your written plan
Sammy writes your roadmap within 5 working days of your answers. A PDF, usually 6–10 pages.
- STEP 04
Your walkthrough
A 30-minute call with Sammy to go through the plan and answer your questions.

THE 14-DAY CREDIT
Go ahead within 14 days of your walkthrough call and the full £200 comes off the price.
That applies to any M1 project of £800 or more, or a Growth plan (£750/month), where the £200 is spread over your first 3 months. If you don’t go ahead, you keep the roadmap and use it however you like.
- The credit can be used once and can’t be transferred.
- It has no cash value and expires 14 days after your walkthrough call.

Builds are paid 50% to start and 50% at launch. Quick wins: a Launch Page, a Local Visibility Fix or a Follow-Up Fix. “From” prices are the lowest figure for each type of build; your proposal is fixed before work begins.

Why does the payment page show “Alchmy”?+
Our payments are registered under Alchmy, our previous trading name. M1 Studio is our trading name now. You pay once through your banking app with Pay by Bank, run by GoCardless, and GoCardless emails you a receipt.
Do I have to buy anything after the roadmap?+
No. The roadmap is yours to keep and use however you like: do it yourself, with our help, or have us do it for you. If you do go ahead with any M1 project of £800 or more, or a Growth plan (£750/month), within 14 days of your walkthrough call, the £200 comes off the price.
What if the roadmap isn’t useful?+
If your roadmap isn’t specific to your business, tell Sammy within 7 days of your walkthrough call and he’ll revise it once, free. The roadmap is advice: results depend on how the plan is carried out, so we don’t promise specific results.
What do you need from me?+
About 5–10 minutes to answer a few short questions on WhatsApp (voice notes are fine), and 30 minutes for the walkthrough call. Sammy writes the plan within 5 working days of your answers.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. If you’re buying as a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you agree to buy to cancel: email hello@m1studio.co.uk or message Sammy with your name and business. Because you ask us to start straight away, if you cancel within those 14 days we’ll refund you within 14 days, minus a fair amount for work already done. You lose the right to cancel once we’ve delivered your roadmap and held your walkthrough call (or sent a recorded walkthrough). This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Can I pay by card?+
It’s a bank payment through your banking app, so there’s no card needed. It takes a minute.

- Price
- £200 (no VAT charged), paid in advance by bank payment.
- What you get
- A written roadmap, delivered within 5 working days of receiving your answers to our intake questions, and one walkthrough call of up to 30 minutes, booked within 30 days of delivery (if it isn’t booked by then, the delivery date counts as the call date).
- Results
- The roadmap is advice. We don’t promise specific results, because they depend on how the plan is carried out.
- Revision
- If your roadmap isn’t specific to your business, tell us within 7 days of your walkthrough call and we’ll revise it once, free.
- Credit
- If you sign an M1 proposal for any project of £800 or more, or a Growth plan (£750/month), within 14 days of your walkthrough call, £200 is taken off the price. For a Growth plan, it’s spread across your first 3 months. The Care plan on its own doesn’t qualify. The credit can be used once, can’t be transferred, has no cash value and expires after those 14 days. If you miss the call twice, the date we send a recorded walkthrough counts as the call date.
- Cancellation
- If you’re buying as a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you agree to buy to cancel. To cancel, email hello@m1studio.co.uk or message Sammy with your name and business. By confirming before you pay, you ask us to start straight away. That means:
- if you cancel within the 14 days, we’ll refund you within 14 days, minus a fair amount for work already done
- you lose the right to cancel once we’ve delivered your roadmap and held your walkthrough call (or sent the recorded walkthrough)
- Refunds
- We don’t give refunds for change of mind once your roadmap is delivered. If you cancel as a consumer within the cancellation period, see Cancellation. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
- Intake
- If we haven’t received your answers within 60 days of payment, we’ll close the order and refund your £200 in full.
